Cyber Risk and Resilience Data Analyst Location: London/Hybrid Travel: Willingness to travel overseas is essential Department: Technology / Risk / Cyber / Data Analytics Reports to: Head of Risk & Resilience *Available to candidates with full UK working rights only.No sponsorship provided* Role Overview The Cyber Risk and Resilience Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring that secure and resilient technology solutions operate within acceptable risk levels. This role requires a strong blend of technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to assess, monitor, and report on technology and cyber risks across the organisation. The successful candidate will collaborate with Technology, Audit, and Risk teams to enhance the organisations and the organisations clients cyber resilience and enable informed, risk-based decision-making Key Responsibilities Risk Assessment & Management: Evaluate, monitor, and mitigate technology and cyber risks across business units, ensuring alignment with internal risk frameworks and policies Collaboration & Advisory: Work closely with Technology, Audit, and Risk functions to provide oversight, challenge, and guidance on cyber risk management practices Compliance & Control: Track and report on compliance with risk frameworks, ensuring effective mitigation, remediation, and closure of technology and cyber issues Data Analytics & Reporting: Produce analytical insights and management information using Power BI, Excel, and other visualization tools to support risk-based decision-making Security Posture Monitoring: Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards detailing security incidents, risk assessments, and trends in cyber resilience Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business and functional partners, promoting awareness and understanding of cyber and operational risk matters Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in cyber risk management, data analytics, or technology risk functions Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities with experience using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Working knowledge of GDPR, operational risk frameworks, and cybersecurity standards Relevant certifications preferred, such as: CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) Personal Attributes Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Able to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability and integrity Willingness to travel internationally as required
