We're now looking for a Driver's Mate to play a key role assisting our drivers to deliver goods safely and on time.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* This is a very physically demanding role, where you are required to deliver large items such as sofas and American Fridge Freezers.
* Accompanying and assisting driver with unloading deliveries at homes
* Staying in touch with the transport team to advise of any problems
* Completing relevant processes on an electronic handheld device
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Are physically fit as the role involves lots of manual handling
* Have previous experience of working with volume orders
* Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload
* Previous experience as a Driver's Mate, within a similar environment would be ideal but isn't a deal breaker!
