Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist/Therapist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices and demonstrate exceptional patient care. This role is essential in promoting oral health and ensuring a comfortable experience for patients during their visits.
Duties
* Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and care.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
* Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology to assist in treatment planning and patient education.
* Perform medical imaging procedures, including X-rays, to assist in diagnosing dental issues.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
* Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
Experience
* A recognised qualification in Dental Hygiene/Therapy is essential.
* Newly qualified or foreign qualified are welcome to apply as full training and supervision will be provided.
* Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health is required.
* Familiarity with CAD systems and medical imaging techniques is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients effectively.

Pay: £32.20-£45.58 per hour
