What you'll be doing
As the eCommerce Trading Lead for the Skin category, you will play a pivotal role in driving the day‑to‑day trading of our exciting Skincare category on boots.com. You will:
* Oversee the trading strategy to contribute to revenue and profit growth.
* Be the digital expert, leveraging insights to drive conversion and customer acquisition.
* Manage product launches and execute the online trade plan for your brands.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure category success.
* Ensure legal and safe trading practices while meeting KPIs.
What you'll need to have (our must‑haves)
* Experience in a commercial role within eCommerce or strong retail trading/buying experience.
* A solid understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
* Initiative and a willingness to push boundaries for competitive advantage.
* Excellent organisational skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experince in managing teams / people
* A passion for beauty and skincare products.
* Familiarity with data analytics tools to drive performance insights.
