A respected, Cardiff-based advisory firm is working with a recruiter to appoint one or two experienced Self-Employed Mortgage Advisers to support continued growth.
This opportunity offersadvisers full autonomy to grow their own client bank whilst having administrative support if wanted.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality mortgage advice to new and existing clients
Generate new business through personal networks, referrals, and internal introductions
Conduct regular mortgage reviews and manage ongoing client relationships
Ensure all advice and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience

Candidate Requirements Full CeMAP qualification (essential)
CeRER qualification (desirable)
Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser
Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending criteria
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a self-employed capacity
