We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Community Carers to support individuals in their own homes across St Helens, Widnes, Warrington, and Runcorn.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing within the local community.
Driving Information
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to travel between clients.
* However, non-drivers will also be considered, particularly for applicants located close to client rounds or able to access shifts via public transport.
We welcome applications from both drivers and non-drivers.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting with medication (after training)
* Assisting with mobility and moving & handling
* Supporting with meals and hydration
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Completing accurate care documentation
* Following safeguarding and infection control procedures
Shift Patterns
Flexible rotas available including:
* Morning shifts
* Afternoon shifts
* Evening shifts
* Alternate weekends required
* Bank shifts available
(Shifts typically between 7am – 10pm)
What We're Looking For
* Caring, patient, and professional attitude
* Previous care experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently in the community
* Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS
An Enhanced DBS check is required, and we will cover the full cost of your DBS application.
