Job Title: Corporate Tax Director
Location: Hampshire, Southampton - hybrid working module
Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + benefits package!

The Role:
* Lead & Develop a complex corporate tax team alongside 13 experienced Tax Partners
* Build Strategic Relationships with OMB/SME and large corporate clients
* Navigate Complexity - manage intricate tax returns, HMRC investigations, and CCM matters
* Drive Growth - mentor junior talent, deliver technical training, and expand our client base
* Shape Strategy - collaborate with Audit/Accounts Directors to deliver comprehensive tax solutions
The Individual:
* Significant large corporate tax compliance expertise
* CTA qualified (ACA/ACCA advantageous)
* Proven people management and client relationship skills
* Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving abilities
