No experience required and we provide paid training and detailed support when you join What will you do? • Provide companionship and ensure your client is cared for overnight • Provide assistance with tasks and activities including a bedtime and morning routine • Assist with refreshments and light snacks • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and grooming (if required) • Monitor medication schedules and remind clients to take their medication (if required) Who are you? • You’re a caring individual with a good work ethic • You have excellent people and communication skills • You’re able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • You can demonstrate professionalism and can treat people with respect • You’re reliable and trustworthy and can maintain confidentiality of client information • You have the physical stamina to perform household tasks and assist with personal care • You have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work • You're willing to undertake a DBS check to work with vulnerable adults • You must have the right to work in the UK This is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
