Skills and experience
Experience in AV-specific projects is essential - please only apply if you possess proven and extensive experience focusing on an AV-specific project management role (end to end)
* Full understanding of JCT contractual terms and requirements is essential
* Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers and to lead subordinate staff effectively
* Confident presenter/chair of meetings in person and on video calls – leading coordination of AV activities throughout the project life-cycle
* Confident presenter in a tender situation
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at varying levels of value and complexity
* Well organised, with attention to detail and meticulous planning skills
* Procore & ServiceNow experience desired but not essential (Training Given)
* Able to create and manage schedules, reports, financial forecasting and budgets
* Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent desirable
Key responsibilities
* Ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, to our clients’ satisfaction, and in compliance with all contract requirements.
* Full responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneously
* Preparing and managing project schedules and budgets, and providing updates on commercial performance and forecasting
* Communicating project progress and status, both internally and with the clients
* Managing project scheduling and staffing with in-house and sub-contracted labour
* Overseeing project site managers, Installers, Commissioning leads & Programmers
* Forecasting invoicing and work effort throughout portfolio
* Travelling to project/customer sites will be required in this position, as projects demand
* Facilitating quality assurance requirements as/where necessary
* Fully managing all elements of logistical requirements across a portfolio of projects
* Maintaining a high standard of project delivery principles
