Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, service team/account managers ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient processes.
* Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
* Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and managing key accounts.
* Handle customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales invoices accurately and promptly.
* Providing phone and email support to customers - with a focus on quality, not volume
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
* Proven experience in sales
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to multitask
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* A team player with high level of dedication
