Location: M11 Area
Contract: ASAP Start – End of Academic Year (with potential extension)
Cover People are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the M11 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference supporting children with additional needs in a rewarding, full-time role until at least July.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs.
* Working closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
* Supporting behaviour management in line with school policies.
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
* MUST hold a valid Team Teach qualification.
* Experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, etc.).
* DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one through Cover People.
* Willingness to register with Cover People.
* Positive, proactive and resilient approach.
