The catering provision is broad and dynamic, covering daily breakfast and lunch services, as well as hospitality for a wide range of school functions, events, and activities throughout the academic year. With a strong sense of community and an experienced client team who are passionate about delivering exceptional food and supporting their catering staff, this role presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead a kitchen where fresh, seasonal menus and a love of food can take centre stage. Qualifications
* Have excellent craft skills and the ability to manage your own kitchen.
* Be a strong leader with proven experience of managing, training and leading a team.
* Have a proven track record of continually improving standards.
* Be passionate about food, with excellent culinary skills and a great eye for detail.
* Have financial and budget awareness.
* Understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books.
