Established in 2007, Gardenproud has built a strong reputation for designing, constructing, and maintaining beautiful gardens across Kent and East Sussex. Our projects combine high-quality landscaping with a passion for detail – we are now looking for an experienced Team Leader to help us shape the next chapter.
What we're looking for
We want a skilled landscaper with 4+ years' experience in a senior role, confident in all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, including:
* Groundworks, footings, and wall construction
* Laying terraces, patios, and steps
* Carpentry and bespoke outdoor structures
* Planting and soft landscaping
* Equipment operation and machinery use (relevant tickets preferred)
About you
* A hands-on leader with proven ability to manage and motivate a team
* Strong communicator with a professional, client-facing approach
* Organised, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards
* A clean driving licence and own transport (travel to and from sites in and around Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas required)
The role
You'll take charge of projects on site, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest quality.
Responsibilities include:
* Team management and job scheduling
* Onsite health & safety
* Quality control and timekeeping
* Client liaison and progress reporting
