Your new role As a Technical Author, you will: Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical manuals, installation guides, and user documentation. Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to gather technical information. Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and is user-friendly. Manage updates and revisions to existing documentation in line with product changes What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Technical Author or in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex technical information and present it clearly. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MS Office, or similar). Excellent communication and organisational skills.
