Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Extensive experience with Siemens (and ideally Rockwell) hardware and software systems
* Strong background in Water and Wastewater treatment sectors
* Proven track record managing complex control system integration projects
* Skilled in interpreting client standards and user requirements
* Ability to reverse engineer existing control software with precision
* Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination capabilities
* Commercial awareness and a proactive problem-solving mindset
* Valid UK driver's license for occasional travel
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience with SCADA and HMI development
* Knowledge of programming standards and cybersecurity for control systems
* Experience in mentoring or leading technical teams
Preferred Education & Experience:
* Degree in Electrical, Controls, or Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Several years of hands-on experience in system integration within industrial or utility environments
Other Requirements:
* Flexibility to travel as needed to project sites across the UK
* Security clearances or certifications relevant to infrastructure projects (optional but advantageous)
