Sandwell Councils Housing Partnerships Team is at the forefront of increasing affordable homes across the borough. We lead the council house build programme and work closely with registered providers to support the delivery of their schemes. As a key contributor to Sandwell Council being named Local Planning Authority of the Year 2024 by the RTPI, our team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of housing in the area.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of housing schemes by contributing to the council house build programme and working closely with registered providers.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to progress projects from planning to delivery.
* Support project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement as part of an award-winning service.
Qualifications
* Educated to Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject with a willingness to undertake additional training as required.
* Minimum of 2 years\ experience of working in a busy office environment.
* Ability to work on own initiative with effective organisational skills.
