Right now, they are on the hunt for a Customer Support Engineer to join their technical services team. If you are someone who enjoys solving real-world engineering problems, travelling to customer sites, and getting hands-on with precision equipment, this ones for you.
What You will Be Doing:
On-site installation, commissioning, calibration and support of metrology systems
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues (electrical, mechanical, software)
Delivering basic training to end users
Supporting CRM records and calibration certs
Working across service, applications, and support teams
Covering UK-wide field service (with some overnight stays)
What You will Need:
HNC/HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
Comfortable working with electrical circuits and PC-based systems
Experience with CMMs, vision systems, height gauges or shadowgraphs
Strong communication and time management
Valid passport and UK driving licence
