Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sophisticated email and SMS campaigns in native French
* Build advanced customer segments using behavioural data and lifecycle insights
* Design and optimise automated flows that convert prospects into loyal customers
* A/B test campaigns and use data insights to drive strategic decisions
* Collaborate with international teams while maintaining an authentic French brand voice
* Manage the complete French CRM ecosystem from acquisition to retention
What You'll Bring
* Native French fluency - essential for authentic customer communication
* 2-4 years CRM marketing experience with demonstrable results
* Klaviyo expertise - strong knowledge of segmentation, flows, and analytics (Braze, Ometria, or similar will also be considered)
* UK-based location with flexibility for occasional team collaboration
* Growth mindset focused on building scalable CRM strategies
