Ryder Reid are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Office Services Assistant for one of our high-rolling international law firm clients on a temporary basis at their London office. The role will be working in a small Facilities team, actively supporting the firm's office by assisting in day-to-day operations. It is imperative applicants for this role have prior supervisory experience in facilities or office services. The general duties of the role include, but are not limited to: Maintaining office and stationary supplies.Handling and distributing incoming post.Respond to general maintenance requests.Assist with office moves.Assist with aspects of fire and health and safety compliance.Occasionally assist with reception duties.
