We're looking for a
hands-on General Manager
to lead our dedicated team and ensure weddings, parties, and corporate events run seamlessly.
What you'll do
* Oversee events and day-to-day venue operations
* Lead and inspire a small team across food, beverage, events, and housekeeping
* Manage staff rotas, suppliers, and event set-up
* Welcome and host guests, ensuring five-star service
* Drive commercial performance and support marketing initiatives

luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or events
* Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
* Warm, confident leader who thrives in a hands-on role
