Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our team. Working 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, this role will provide varied support across customer service, sales, technical, and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be confident handling customer communications, managing product data, and supporting internal teams with accurate and timely administration.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries via phone and email.
* Monitor and manage the Customer Service inbox, ensuring timely responses.
* Log and respond to customer complaints (product and non-product) and complete KPI documentation.
Sales & Commercial Support
* Support the sales team with collation of data and customer reports.
* Complete and submit customer New Line Forms.
* Maintain ownership of portals access sheet.
* Manage Moo Free retail and wholesale website product listings.
* Gather and report on market trend data.
Technical & Product Support
* Support the technical team with information requests from NPD (new product development).
* Create and maintain product data sheets for new products.
* Request and collate supplier approval information, SAQs, and certificates from raw material and packaging suppliers.
* Complete and submit technical documentation/data as required by customers and third-party requests.
* Maintain product data management, including product and packaging weights, barcodes, and specifications.
* Complete sample submission documentation for customers.
General Administration
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support to internal teams as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files across all areas of responsibility.
Skills & Attributes
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with professional telephone and email etiquette.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales/technical support desirable.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
