Our client is looking for a talented Finance Business Partner – FP&A to join our dynamic team and help drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence across our service and operations network.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the UK&I continued growth. This is a high-visibility position, combining core FP&A responsibilities with business partnering at the Executive level – with a particular focus on improving productivity and optimising our cost-to-serve model.
You’ll deliver accurate and insightful performance analysis to empower decision-makers and collaborate closely with Service and Operations Directors. Your insights will influence revenue optimisation, headcount management, fleet and facilities strategy, materials usage, inventory control, and the asset lifecycle.
This is more than just a reporting role – it’s an opportunity to shape performance and unlock value across a thriving, multi-site organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver weekly flash reports and financial KPIs to senior stakeholders, including the CEO and CFO.
* Create detailed monthly performance review packs with variance analysis and actionable insights.
* Analyse margin performance by product, sector, branch and more – identifying key volume and mix drivers.
* Own budgeting and forecasting for cost-to-serve across the UK&I region.
* Proactively identify risks, opportunities and strategic initiatives to support P&L performance.
* Partner with Service Development and Operations Directors to embed cost discipline and track ROI on business investments.
* Drive insight into key cost-to-serve components such as branch profitability, cost per service, and asset lifecycle efficiency.
What We're Looking For
* A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
* Proven experience in FP&A and business partnering, preferably within multi-site B2B services, FMCG, or retail.
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a track record of delivering process improvements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
