Our award-winning Investment Management team are central to these ambitious plans, and they need a talented Business Analyst to support the Head of Investment Management with vital analysis and reporting. You will have opportunities to support a wide range of projects and change initiatives, whilst also providing valuable support to the department’s business as usual operations. What we’re looking for Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge Essential Previous experience of data collection and extraction from systems. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar to produce visualisations and dashboards. Good knowledge of data governance best practice. Desirable Previous work experience within investment management or financial services. Good awareness of FCA regulations. Skills & Behaviours Excellent written communication skills – can translate technical or operational issues into clear summaries with actionable insights. Effective communication and influencing skills - able to adapt style, build strong rapport, and challenge effectively. Strong time management skills - able to prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality outputs within critical deadlines.
