Job Title: Scheduler
Join a well-established Fire & Security firm with a diverse customer base spanning Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites. We are eager to welcome an experienced Scheduler to our team.
Position Details:
* Full-time, permanent role
* Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
* 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days
Main Responsibilities
* Create weekly workloads and routes for engineers
* Ensure engineers have adequate workload, including handling failed jobs
* Order stock required for bespoke, pre-booked jobs
* Arrange stock collection for engineers, maintaining a stock float
* Communicate with clients regarding scheduled work
* Plan workloads according to Action Due date and client requests
* Handle initial inquiries from clients and engineers
Knowledge and Experience
* Previous experience managing and planning engineer workloads is essential
* Experience with CRMS, especially CASH, is advantageous
* Knowledge of the fire and security industry is preferred
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
* Good geographical knowledge of the UK, including logistics and route planning
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong administrative skills
