Business is a well-established and popular subject, with a strong track record of success at A-level. Responsibilities:
4. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging A-level Business lessons that challenge and inspire students.
5. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure academic growth.
6. Collaborate with the A-level teaching team to develop innovative teaching strategies and materials.
7. Support students in achieving excellent results, fostering a love for business and entrepreneurship.
8. Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to the overall development of the curriculum.
9. Uphold the school’s values, policies, and commitment to high standards of teaching.
Requirements:
10. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
11. Experience in teaching A-level Business or equivalent.
12. Strong subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
13. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
14. A commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork.
