Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
* Deliver detailed financial analysis and commentary to support business decisions.
* Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and accountability.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar finance partnering or senior accounting role.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Advanced Excel capabilities; SAP B1 experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
* Strong analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
