We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our Risk Advisory Services group on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on e-filing and can be based in any UK office excluding London.

Purpose of the role:
To provide proactive and professional support to the group, ensuring services are delivered efficiently in a competitive environment. The role embraces teamwork, collaborating with lawyers and business operations to meet the needs of the business. Support may be provided to staff from multiple business units, with the team structure evolving over time.
Key stakeholders:
Fee earners, PA Services Coordinators, and PAs
Candidate Overview:
Ideal candidates will have experience in maintaining filing systems (paper and electronic), assisting team members, preparing meeting materials, managing schedules, updating client databases, supporting legal PAs and Business Development, arranging travel, handling inquiries, and acting as the first point of contact for the firm.
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of e-filing for Partners and PAs
* End-to-end service delivery
* Promote correct use of firm resources
* Review and collate tasks
* Adhere to policies and procedures
* Build relationships with stakeholders
* Maintain filing and archive systems
* Prepare and submit expenses
* Liaise with support services
* Escalate issues as needed
* Answer communications professionally
* Innovate and improve services
* Respond proactively to practice priorities
* Drive continuous improvement
