As a Internal Recruiter, you will be part of a small, but high-performing recruitment team, working on live vacancies for upcoming DBD projects and supply chain demands across various nuclear sites in the UK and overseas.
What You Will Be Doing
* Building and nurturing talent pipelines for our main capabilities: Engineering, Programme Delivery, Safety, and Digital
* Actively sourcing candidates via various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
* Managing candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand upcoming resource demands and share best practices regarding recruitment
* Supporting DBD initiatives such as driving referrals, DEI, events, graduate talent, and more
