Job Summary
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Supervisor/Manager, located in Milton Keynes with on some work-from-home flexibility. The Quality Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting quality assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include designing training materials, delivering training sessions, monitoring quality control processes, and providing feedback to improve overall performance. Collaboration with various departments to ensure a high standard of quality and ongoing staff development is also required.
Qualifications
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including designing training materials
* Strong skills in quality control processes, conducting quality assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Proficiency in using training software and quality management tools
* Experience in the electronics or lighting industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
* Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, PPAPs and IMDS would be an advantage
Salary dependant on experience
