As a Senior Dams and Reservoirs Engineer, you will play a key role in dams and reservoir engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects at home and abroad.
We specialize in all aspects of dams and reservoir engineering across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Energy, and Cities & Development. We deliver industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, providing client-side support and construction phase involvement. We have opportunities in our offices in Epsom, Bristol, Swansea, Manchester, and Glasgow.
Your Purpose:
* Manage a team to undertake technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high quality.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and deadlines.
* Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Maintain adherence to quality assurance standards in design.
What you can bring:
* Chartered Civil Engineer.
* Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
* Strong knowledge of hydraulic and/or geotechnical engineering related to dams and reservoirs and their hydraulic structures.
* Familiarity with UK design standards, guidance, and practices, including the Reservoirs Act.
