Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant Location: South Norwood, London Borough of Croydon Start Date: 16 March 2026 End Date: 24 July 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time – Until the End of the Academic Year (with potential to become permanent) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm Daily Rate: £100 – £105 (PAYE) We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting in South Norwood. This is a full-time opportunity for the remainder of the academic year, with the possibility of securing a permanent contract for the right individual. The provision supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Students may display challenging behaviours and require patient, consistent and structured support to help them engage successfully in their learning.
