The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Sales Specialist in our Stockbridge retail office.
You will play a central role in delivering an exceptional client experience. While this is a sales-focused role, it is equally about service, organisation, communication and representing the Niksen brand in the right way.
As we continue to establish ourselves in the market, this role will initially be office-based, helping us build strong foundations as a team.

Property experience is welcomed but not essential. Extensive training, mentoring and support will always be provided.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients and their properties
• Coordinating marketing materials (photography, video, floor plans, etc.)
• Keeping clients updated and informed throughout their journey
• Liaising with viewing requests and buyer enquiries
• Welcoming clients and visitors into our office
• Supporting the organisation and hosting of company events
• Assisting the wider team to ensure smooth sales progression
Favourable (But Not Essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience of moving home personally
• Living in or close to Edinburgh
Terms & Benefits
• Full-time: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
