We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Third Party Contract Officer to join our Contracts and Partnerships team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the management of our third-party agreements across homeownership schemes everything from communal cleaning and landscaping to pest control and tree management.

What you’ll be doing
* Support the management of all third-party agreements and contracts for PA Housing’s homeownership properties
* Help monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards
* Support compliance with legal and PA Housing requirements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, managing agents, and resident associations
* Help resolve disputes and work collaboratively to find fair, practical solutions
* Assist with audits, reporting, and maintaining accurate records of contract performance
* Promote resident involvement in decision-making and community activities
* Contribute to the smooth running and continuous improvement of the wider service

This role requires of the successful candidate to complete a standard DBS check. A standard DBS check will show any spent and unspent convictions.
So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
