Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Training Sessions: Conduct fun, engaging, and educational football training sessions that cater to kids of all skill levels.
* Teach Life Skills: Integrate lessons in confidence, communication, and collaboration into every session.
* Create a Positive Environment: Ensure all children feel welcomed, valued, and free from judgment, fostering a love for the game.
* Organise Match Days: Assist in staging match days that give children an authentic Premier League experience, focusing on light-hearted competition and personal growth.
