Recruit4staff are representing a well-established lawn care business in their search for an Administrator to work in St Asaph
Job Details:
1. Pay: £24,980 per annum (1 Saturday morning in every 4 weeks paid at time and a half)
2. Hours of Work: Varying flexible shift pattern. Monday to Friday 8:30am–4:30pm & Monday to Friday 9:30am–5:30pm with 1 Saturday morning in every 4 weeks
3. Duration: Permanent
4. Job Role: The successful Administrator will engage with customers directly via telephone and e-mail, building rapport and delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge. The Administrator will take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues at first point of contact where possible and escalating when required. Working closely with scheduling and support teams, the Administrator will ensure all customer rescheduling requests are managed efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards. This Administrator role also involves providing advice and guidance on seasonal lawn treatments, supporting customer recovery processes, and ensuring KPI targets are achieved. The Administrator will communicate effectively with internal departments, complete assigned tasks within agreed timeframes, and contribute positively to a collaborative #OneTeam culture.

7. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
8. Competent using Microsoft Office programmes
9. Good problem-solving abilities

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
15. Experience working on Salesforce Platform
16. Good UK geographical knowledge
