We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages. What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems and make everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant by stocking shelves properly, and maintaining accurate prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to foster team learning.
5. Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
