Your role with us:
As a Sales Associate at our prestigious Burlington Store Arcade, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in store experience to our clients through outstanding service, operational excellence and deep understanding of our brand and values.
Alongside client facing responsibilities you will act as the store lead for all administrative and stock related tasks, ensuring a smooth and organised back of house operation that supports the wider team.
We are looking for people who have:
- Proven experience of working in a luxury brand
- Demonstrable experience in working within an active sales role with a proven track record of negotiating and closing sales
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, internal stakeholders and external contacts.
- High standards of numeracy and literacy and ability to evaluate commercial opportunities
We are looking for people who are:
- Highly motivated and results driven
- Able to think flexibly, creating multiple possible answers and solutions
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and make great decisions under pressure
- Able to commute to our retail store in the Burlington Arcade, London
