Position Overview As Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence, drive consumer engagement, and support our expansion goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve key business objectives. Candidate Requirements (Please note - CV's which do not hold the relevant experience, will not be contacted, if you hold the skill set please attach a Cover letter or amend the CV to show this) ( MUST ) -Have experience working in the consumer products industry / this is working within a well established brewery, experience in this field will help you stand out more ( MUST ) -Have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviours, and brand management strategies. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytic platforms, and e-commerce platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company& overall objectives and growth targets. Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and initiatives. Drive brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies to enhance market penetration and brand loyalty. Brand Management and Development: Oversee brand development initiatives, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and relevance across all touch points. Manage brand assets, including visual identity, packaging design, and brand guidelines. Cultivate brand partnerships, sponsorship, and collaborations to amplify brand reach and visibility. Product Marketing and Innovation: Lead product marketing efforts, including new product launches, packaging innovations and product life cycle management. Collaborate with R&D and brewing teams to identify market opportunities and develop compelling product offerings that resonate with target consumers. Conduct market research and consumer testing to validate product concepts and inform product development decisions.
