* Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
* Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
* The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
