The Role As part of the SEN Support team, you will support learners with a range of additional needs, including: ✨ ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition) ✨ ADHD ✨ PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) ✨ SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) Many learners will follow an Individual Development Plan (IDP) or a One-Page Profile, which you’ll help implement daily. Key Responsibilities ✔️ Provide 1:1 or small group support ✔️ Support emotional, behavioural, and academic development ✔️ Help learners engage positively in lessons ✔️ Encourage independence and confidence ✔️ Create a calm, safe, and inclusive environment ♀️ ✔️ Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and school staff What We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who are: Patient, caring, and proactive Confident supporting young people with additional needs Interested in ALN/SEN and child development Strong team players who can follow guidance ⚡ Adaptable, reliable, and able to use initiative Experience with ALN/SEN is desirable – but not essential!
