Crew Commanders perform a vital role within NIFRS Regional Control Centre, leading others to deliver excellent performance and supporting Watch Commanders to enable Middle Management to deliver against a demanding agenda. Successful candidates will role model the values of the Fire and Rescue Service, ensuring a fair and ethical approach to service delivery and ensuring the effective implementation of organisational policy and procedures. All candidates must possess an operational assessment at Crew Commander (Control) level prior to appointment.
