Project Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer (East London)
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + package
Start: ASAP (notice period may be accepted)
Role Overview
Support the commercial delivery of large‑scale residential new build schemes for a well‑established developer with a strong pipeline across East/South East London.
Responsibilities
* Support the commercial delivery of residential new build schemes.
* Manage subcontract procurement, variations and valuations.
* Assist with cost reporting, forecasting and final accounts.
* Work closely with operational and technical teams throughout delivery.
* Manage subcontractor accounts and package performance.
Requirements
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Project QS within residential construction.
* Strong understanding of procurement and commercial processes.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing sizeable subcontract packages.
* Developer or main contractor background considered.
