A well-established and nurturing nursery in Roehampton (SW15) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Nursery Manager in the effective running of the nursery
* Leading and mentoring staff to deliver outstanding early years provision
* Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
* Overseeing planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework
* Taking responsibility for the nursery in the Manager's absence
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a nursery setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
* Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality early years education
* 2+ years of Nursery experience under your belt
