Overall Objective: To successfully commercially manage a number of new build schemes, being responsible for either a single, or team, of quantity surveyors, depending on business requirements. Key Accountabilities: Engender good relations between existing and prospective Clients Reporting results to commercial management team on a timely basis Act as mentor, demonstrating best practice standards for Quantity Surveyors Day to day line management responsibility for a team of Quantity Surveyors Ability to manage multiple sites Plan Coordinate monitor work of Quantity Surveyors It is not possible for this document to totally encompass or define all tasks that may be required of the post holder.
