Exciting opportunity to join the Enabling Works team to deliver key projects as part to the Bradfield City development 12-month Temporary full-time opportunity Penrith / Bradfield office locations with flexible working supported Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 super The role As a Project Manager within the Enabling Works team (Asset Development and Delivery division) at the Bradfield Development Authority, you will help deliver complex civil and infrastructure projects that support the growth of the Bradfield City and the broader Western Sydney Aerotropolis. The Enabling Works team delivers the critical infrastructure needed to enable development, including: Development consent and construction approvals Roads, stormwater, earthworks and civil works Water, wastewater and recycled water infrastructure Electrical, data and telecommunications networks Streetscape and landscape works Regional stormwater infrastructure Lot subdivision and road dedication In this role, you will manage projects across the full lifecycle — from scoping and planning through to design, delivery and completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives. You will succeed in a fast-paced environment where competing priorities, deadlines and stakeholder needs must be carefully balanced. Strong project oversight, risk management and relationship-building skills will be key to delivering successful outcomes. Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Creativity and innovation to bring fresh ideas and approaches to problem-solving and project development. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives. Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in. Enjoys autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions. Prior experience with Part 5 Review of Environmental Factors planning approvals, road dedication and lot subdivision experience is considered desirable but not necessary. What is an essential requirement: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or relevant professional experience.
