They are seeking a contracts specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Brighton. Your Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. The role requires a team-oriented, communicative, and results-driven individual who can collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
* Draft and negotiate various Commercial Contracts.
* Work closely with clients' in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, and consumer matters.
* Manage active caseloads and ensure compliance with delivery commitments.
* Input and maintain data on company and client systems.
* Develop contract templates, playbooks, and tools for the team.
* Contribute to continuous service improvement and value addition.
Requirements:
* Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified.
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
* Minimum 4 years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts experience in a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and client-facing skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable:
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services contracting.
* In-house legal experience.
