Full Driving Licence Required.
Salary: £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) * + Enhancements
Location: Newport, South Wales
(8-10 hour stock count shifts + your driving time paid + bonus)

The Role
We are looking for a Retail Minibus Driver to add to our already successful team. This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region, travelling to different retail customer sites and stores on a shift‑by‑shift basis.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the transport of stock counters to and from each shift within the region.
* Notify the count team of the pick‑up points and timings for each shift.
* Escalate any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Complete the team attendance sheet detailing expected counters, who attended and arrival time of the bus on site.
* Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner while on site.
* Stand for prolonged periods of time as required by the role.
* Use access equipment to reach high stock when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
* Full Driving Licence.
* Minimum age 21 years.
* Can‑do attitude and ability to work long shifts where required on large counts.
* Quick learner and adaptable to changing technology.
* Experience handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
