The Role
As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons to Key Stage 1 students.
* Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment through effective behavior management.
* Adapt seamlessly to various school settings, following lesson plans or creating your own as needed.
* Encourage students' academic, social, and emotional growth in an inclusive atmosphere.
* Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents and caregivers when required.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory.
* KS1 Teaching Experience: Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and teaching methods.
* Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to thrive in different school environments and handle challenges professionally.
* Classroom Management Skills: To create a productive and positive learning space.
* Passion for Teaching: A commitment to inspiring and supporting young learners.
Desirable Skills
* Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students.
