Overview
We are looking for a highly personable, empathetic, and driven Customer Service Advisor to join the Mitie team. As a Facilities Management company, Mitie supports clients across hard and soft services, including plumbing, electrical works, telecoms, and general maintenance. The Customer Service Advisor team is responsible for responding to all customer requests within contractual and procedural timescales to meet agreed KPI’s and SLA’s.
Responsibilities
* Respond to all customer requests within specific contractual/procedural timescales to meet agreed KPI’s and SLA’s.
* Achieve call handling targets and quality standards, providing a knowledgeable and confident response to exceed customer expectations.
* Support clients with an understanding and professional approach, building interpersonal connections and relationships with new and recurring customers.
* Handle administrative tasks with a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and adaptability to in‑house systems.
