We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of large-scale commercial projects, domestic retail projects, and renewable initiatives. This is a key role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards. This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (40 hrs per week) from our Burnet Rd office in Norwich. A company vehicle is included Key Responsibilities Manage project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are met. Design, price, and deliver projects across commercial and domestic sectors. Handle customer complaints and promote high standards of service. Support recruitment, performance management, and subcontractor oversight. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, technical standards, and data protection. Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle. What We’re Looking For Proven management experience across geographically dispersed teams and subcontractors. Strong background in delivering large-scale commercial projects. Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and Health & Safety standards. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with strong decision-making abilities. Full UK driving license (essential). Gas Safe and OFTEC qualifications (desirable). H&S Management qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH) (desirable).
